Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (excluding any quality issues with the item). It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service ( to ensure you send your package to the correct address.

Please do not return the goods directly to the shipping location without consulting customer service. We do not accept such returns or refunds.

1. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund.

2. If the product is returned for consumer reasons, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.

3. If the goods received are damaged or faulty due to our fault, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping costs. Consumers do not have to pay restocking fees when returning goods.

If approved, your refund will be processed and points will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment method within 1-8 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for a refund to be issued.
